Collide and Queer Arts Commission at Stanley Arts

Stanley Arts partnered with Raze Collective to deliver a queer arts development programme in Croydon, championing South London LGBTQ+ Artists. From early 2023 to Spring 2024, a number of artists have taken part in workshops, developed new works and performed at Stanley Arts.

Queer Arts Commission featured Jules Cunningham, Danny Bailey, Debris Stevenson and Sweet Beef.

Collide featured Amani, anOmaly, Bilan Suliman, Danny Bailey & Alizée Ndiaye, Dot Alma, Duncan Disorderly, June Lam, Lateisha Davine Lovelace-Hanson, Orion Isaacs & Tanaka Fuego.

In collaboration with Raze Collective and part of This Is Croydon’s Queer Arts Development Strand. The commission has been generously supported by Arts Council England and This Is Croydon.

London Borough of Culture is a Mayor of London initiative, with support from Arts Council England and National Lottery Heritage Fund.
